Obsesshion (2008)
Obsession is a documentary film, which intends to examine the clear concept of obsessive sensation: Obsession with love, obsession with death, food, knowledge, money, sex, control, exposure, cleaning, fame, etc. . The intense process, through which the film takes the viewer, examines how is obsession created, what feeds it, how does and how it is motivated by an endless aspiration of the person to achieve salvation, a state of euphoria.
Nominated for the Israeli Academy Awards for Best Documentary, 2008

A documentary film with a very strong esthetic value, following the Israeli Synchronized Swimming team, focusing on the dynamics between the individual and the group: the individuals attempt to find her place in the group, and her systematic shift, while going through adolescence, from a localized set of rules to a set of rules that is national and total.
According to Israeli law all 18 year olds are drafted to the military. This film follows a young woman, a member of Israels national Synchronized Swimming team, during her last year before being drafted.
The film premiered at Docaviv film festival, 2010.
The film's script has been developed at the IDFAcademy 2009.

Ohad Milstein: Living and working in Tel Aviv. Graduated his Cinema studies at Tel Aviv University, and Masters from the Department of Art & Photography at The Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.
His cinematic works show artistic components within the narrative and the constructive-formalistic aspects, presenting the viewer an intellectual challenge as well as an emotional adventure.
Milstein is an active video-artist, presenting in both national and international art exhibitions.
